About Ali Alami

Ali Alami’s passion for real estate began at a young age, inspired by his love for architecture and design. Growing up in a culturally rich Moroccan household, Ali developed a deep appreciation for modern spaces and meaningful connections with people from all different backgrounds.

After seeing his parents struggle to find an agent who truly understood their needs, Ali was motivated to pursue a career in real estate—one built on trust, empathy, and results. With over five years of real estate experience and more than a decade of customer service and sales expertise, he prides himself on providing exceptional communication, genuine care, and a seamless experience for every client.

A proud San Diego local, Ali spent his childhood in Oceanside and Carmel Valley before earning his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Arizona. Prior to his career in real estate, Ali founded and led a nationally ranked sales and marketing company, where his leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills earned him recognition as one of the top producers in the country. These same skills now help him guide clients through one of life’s most important decisions—buying or selling a home.

Today, Ali is thrilled to be part of The Gaylis Team, where he continues to help clients across San Diego achieve their real estate goals with professionalism, energy, and care.

Outside of real estate, Ali enjoys spending time with his wife—who is also in the business—and their 4-month-old son. He’s an avid golfer and pickleball enthusiast, and loves traveling, hiking with his dogs, and staying active outdoors.
